Standard Chartered Cashback Terms & Conditions
  • To be eligible for the Standard Chartered cashback offer, booking needs to be made 11th May 2017 to 31st May 2017. The cashback will be calculated on the amount paid using the card during the offer period.
  • In order to make a booking under this offer, the customer may call at 1800 208 1004 or visit www.gofro.com.
  • There is no restriction on travel dates.
  • The customer will be eligible for 10% cashback (upto a maximum of Rs. 25,000) for the amount paid against a new booking made during the offer period and on the total amount paid during the booking period. For example: If the customer books a package costing Rs 1,00,000 paying a booking amount during the offer period of Rs 20,000, he/she would be eligible for a cashback of Rs 2,000 (10% of Rs 20,000). However if the customer makes a full payment of Rs. 1,00,000 against the same booking, he/she would be eligible for a cashback of Rs 10,000 (10% of Rs. 1,00,000 booked and paid during the offer period)
  • Standard Chartered Bank cashback offer is not valid on Standard Chartered Bank Credit card EMI transactions.
  • To avail 10% cashback, customer must enter the code 'GOFROSCBCB' while making the payment and must use only a Standard Chartered Bank credit or debit card. A user can avail the offer as many times during the offer period.

  • This offer is NOT eligible for B2B transactions made on GoFro.com during the offer period.
  • If you apply any other coupon code during this period, you will not be eligible for this cashback.

  • The Customer must enter the correct Deal Code "GOFROSCBCB" at the time of booking to be eligible for the Standard Chartered Bank Cashback offer.
  • The offer is only valid on all holiday packages booked on www.gofro.com
  • Holiday Package that is discounted using this coupon code must include a hotel stay (at least 1N) and paid sightseeing (at least 1 in number).
  • For Standard Chartered Bank cashback offer for Domestic and International Holidays, eligible cashback amount would be credited on the account by 31st July 2017 only for the eligible bookings.
  • If the Cardholder does not receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
  • Products and services are subject to availability.
  • For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and GoFro shall not entertain any such claims.
  • The Cardholder cannot club two offers in the same booking ID.
  • In the event of complete or partial cancellations of transactions made during the offer period, any refund due will be given after accounting for the cashback already given.
  • The customer shall not be entitled to cashback in the event of cancellation of booking. If the Cardholder cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, GoFro will make a refund as per cancellation policy after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Cardholder has paid INR 10, 000 (price quoted by GoFro) for a travel service and a cashback of INR 1, 000 has been credited to the Cardholder’s account, the net amount paid by the Cardholder is INR 9,000. Thus, if the Cardholder cancels the booking, GoFro will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from INR 9, 000 and the balance amount will be credited to the Cardholder's account.
  • In no event shall GoFro entertain customer name change requests.
  • Offer is not valid on payments made through Cash on Delivery (COD), PayPal account.
  • In the event of rescheduling, the customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees.
  • User Agreement and Privacy Policy at GoFro website shall apply.
  • Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are not eligible to avail Standard Chartered Bank Cashback offer and are barred from making bookings for their customers and GoFro reserves the right to deny the Standard Chartered Bank Cashback offer against such bookings. However, they can book packages at the discounted rate as displayed on the website till 31st May 2017.
  • GoFro will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
  • GoFro reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • Cashback shall be processed to the Bin series provided by the Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by the Bank to GoFro, then the cardholder shall approach the Bank and GoFro shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
  • In no event, the entire liability of GoF for any dispute arising in connection with this offer shall exceed the cashback that the customer is entitled to receive under the offer.
  • GoFro in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential and financial losses in any event whatsoever.
  • GoFro shall not be liable for any claims or grievances’ solely attributable to the Bank.
  • GoFro shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force Majeure events or situations beyond GoFro’s reasonable control.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
