Q. My transfer did not show up, or was delayed. What do I do?

A. We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We understand this must be frustrating for you but please take the following steps to assist you immediately.

  • Call the emergency number on your GoFro voucher
  • If still unresolved, call us or WhatsApp us on +91-8800 203 203
  • Additionally, e-mail us on travelissues@gofro.com with your booking reference number and, if possible, with a written description of your issue. This helps us take strict action with our vendor.

If 15 minutes after contacting us, you are still stranded without transportation, you’re entitled to the following:

  • Private cab(s) for the transfer and reimbursement of its bill. We would need a copy of your bill. Please do WhatsApp a picture of the bill on +91-8800 203 203. You can also mail us on travelissues@gofro.com.

Q. My driver/guide was rude to me. What do I do about him?

A.Don’t worry, we’ll replace the driver as soon as is feasible and ensure you have a different driver on the next activity of the tour, or the next day of your tour. It may not be operationally viable for us to switch personnel in the middle of an activity/transfer, so please cooperate with us in this regard.

And don't hold back for even a second. Take these steps to inform us immediately:

Q. My hotel informed me that they could not offer me the reserved room. What do I do?

A. We’ll immediately upgrade you to a higher category room as a gesture of apology. But first, please inform us immediately by taking these steps and let us try and resolve the issue.

  • Additionally, e-mail us on travelissues@gofro.com with your booking reference number and, if possible, with a written description of your issue. This helps us take strict action with our vendor.

If we’re still unable to sort things out, we’ll make it up to you…

  • By upgrading you to the next available higher category room in the same hotel for the entire duration of your stay in that hotel.
  • By upgrading you to a nearby higher category hotel, if the original hotel is completely sold out on your check-in day.
Q. My hotel or room isn’t up to the mark. What do I do?

A. Please accept our apologies. Inform us immediately by taking these steps.

We’ll first attempt our best to resolve the issue immediately and see if it’s acceptable to you. However, if we’re unable to sort out the problem as per your liking, we’ll make it up to you by…

  • Upgrading you to the next available higher category room in the same hotel (if room is the problem).
  • Upgrading you to a nearby higher category hotel, if it is the hotel that is the problem.
Q. The meals I ate weren’t up to the mark. What do I do?

A.Nobody likes an improper meal… we apologize. Please take the following steps immediately:

  • Register your grievance with the hotel manager and chef during your meal
  • Then, please call us or WhatsApp us on +91-8800 203 203
  • Additionally, e-mail us on travelissues@gofro.com with your booking reference number and, if possible, with a written description of your issue. This helps us take strict action with our vendor.

As an apology, we’ll gift you 2500 GoFro points per meal (one point = one rupee!) in your GoFro wallet, which you can redeem the next time you travel with GoFro. We will also pass on your feedback to the vendor and restaurant in question and continue to critically evaluate the services of both parties.

Q.I missed an activity because of the delay in flight or transfer. What do I do?

A. Nothing to worry! Please inform us immediately by taking the following steps:

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience you’ve had to suffer during your holiday. We’ll do our utmost to reschedule the missed activity at a later day of your tour. If that’s not possible at all, owing to your packed itinerary or days of operation of that activity, we’ll offer you a full refund for the missed activity.

Q. My activity was cancelled due to weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances. Can I get a refund?

A. We’re extremely sorry your holiday was disrupted—such unfortunate timing! But certain things like the weather are unfortunately out of our control. But please inform us immediately by taking these steps:

If you will allow us to, we’ll attempt to reschedule the cancelled activity for a later day of your tour. If that’s not possible at all, owing to more weather disruptions or a packed itinerary, we’ll refund you for the missed activity.
